Happy Friday from MMS! Just letting everyone know that Monday, 9/29 is picture day at MMS. Forms have been sent home! We hope that everyone has a great weekend. Get out and enjoy all of the festivities associated with the Pinto Bean Fiesta this weekend. The end of the grading period is 10/10! Please get with your students about submitting any missing assignments. Their grades determine their eligibility for basketball and wrestling seasons! Have a great one everyone!

Good morning and happy Monday! MMS Volleyball has a crazy week with matches Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Head to MHS and watch our middle school volleyball tournament on Friday and Saturday. MMS football hosts Belen on Thursday. MMS Cross Country is at Rio Rancho on Saturday. We have loads of great things going on, come and check out the action! Thank you to all of the families who attended conferences by phone or in person! We met with 47 families this is an incredible number! Have a great week everyone.

Our secretary and registrar have been calling to schedule conferences. If you would like a conference please contact the front office at (505) 832-6200 and we will be happy to get that scheduled! Last note is that MMS is starting the beginning of year (BOY) state assessment. Students will be assessed in Reading, Language Usage and Math. This test helps us to identify where our students are at in these contents and will allow us to identify what each student needs from the instructional staff so that we can provide them with the best learning opportunities that we can.
